They force you to order your own food via touchscreen so there's essentially no reason to have people working the front counters. Also always crowded. Often takes over 30 min. - 1 / 5By Angie SmithWent through drive-through around 8am. Ordered my "Toddler" hot cakes. As I'm cutting the pancakes into smaller pieces..... I find two small pieces of hair in my child's food. Very very upset because she had already eaten some. Maybe their workers needs to wear hair-nets if their hair is falling in people food like that!!!!!!! Yeak. I called and spoke with a manager and she tried to offer me another meal... I declined. I prefer to leave feedback.October 26, 2016
