  Honestly we must have missed something the day we ate lunch at Olga's. We are new to the area and had no idea they were there but found them here on Google maps. Nearly all 5 star reviews regarding the food and service. Our service was beyond horrible. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting while a young blonde girl stood in the kitchen staring at the line of customers. She finally came out and said what do you want? No smile, no hi, no nothing. Since the menu doesn't describe anything we asked about three questions all of which she answered with an attitude and generally non-answer answers. We sat down at the one clean table and waited for our food. Next a different young girl brought us our food in the same zero personality way the order taker took our order. She dropped the food off and walked away without a word said. We ate our food and noticed that the regular customers were greeted and talked to by two older ladies but we didn't get a single hi, welcome or thank you the entire time we were in the business. We live all year in Lake Jovita and would have loved to spend our money locally but by returning to Olga's would give them the opportunity to disrespect us as paying customers a second time. We have worked hard for our money and choose to spend it where basic respect and courtesy is used. Jersey Mikes and Dunkin Donuts are both farther away but at least they appreciate our business, smile and say hi and thank you. These practices are not rocket science but the bare minimum of doing business with other human beings. Every customer should be your most important customer, not just your select customers. Very disappointing overall.
